Along with Nicole Gray and Michele Stuart, CEO & Chief Forensic Expert Daniel Loper will be co-presenting “Aspects of a Fraud Investigation – From A to Z” Monday, March 30th at the 37th Annual Intellenet Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. Daniel will speak to obtaining and analyzing digital evidence and what you need to know and look for.
Daniel Loper, a US Marine Corps veteran, has over 20 years working in the Information Technology Field and has dedicated himself fully to digital forensics and eDiscovery since 2006. As an expert forensic examiner working with both computer/cellphone forensics and cell record/tower analysis, Daniel has provided clients the information to support or challenge the validity of evidence. Most critically, his work has been instrumental in recovering data from inoperable devices and further identifying data that was never identified in prior examinations, which resulted in positive outcomes for his clients. His work in digital forensics includes working on domestic, homicide, fraud, and child exploitation cases.
As an experienced certified forensic examiner and private investigator, Daniel Loper maintains his eDiscovery EnCE® Certification, Oxygen Forensics Certification, and Project Management Certificate from George Washington University. Daniel also speaks at various conferences and for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education system on topics such as cellphone and social media forensics and how to properly establish a repeatable and defensible eDiscovery program.
